Biker without helmet attacks policewoman
MUMBAI: The VP Road police have booked a 46-year-old biker for manhandling a woman police sub-inspector on Saturday.

MUMBAI: The VP Road police have booked a 46-year-old biker for manhandling a woman police sub-inspector on Saturday.
The woman, who was driving a two wheeler, was stopped by the inspector near CP Tank circle for driving without a helmet.
“The officer asked her to pay the fine for driving without helmet. The two scuffled, following which, the biker attacked her,” said an officer from VP road police station.
The police have filed a case under section 353 of the Indian Penal code for assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty.
