The reason: 81 flats have been kept aside for the Chief Minister’s discretionary quota; 40 have been set aside following the high court instructions to do so as the court has to rule on a plea of handicapped people, who have asked that their quota be hiked to 3% from the existing 2%.

Finally, there have been no applicants for 64 of the 78 houses reserved for MP, MLAs and MLCs.
