Course on international tax inaugurated

Justice DY Chandrachud, a senior judge of the Bombay high court inaugurated the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) members residential training programme on international taxation and transfer pricing on Saturday.

Justice DY Chandrachud, a senior judge of the Bombay high court inaugurated the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) members residential training programme on international taxation and transfer pricing on Saturday.

The event was held at the Maharashtra Judician Academy in Uttan. GE Veerabhadrappa, ITAT President said that the programme is being held for the first time since the tribunal’s inception in 1941. The programme has been designed to update the knowledge of the members on complex issues such as international taxation.
