The Special MCOCA court has adjourned the hearing regarding the prosecution’s plea seeking more time before it files a charge sheet in the murder of Day journalist J Dey.

The Special MCOCA court has adjourned the hearing regarding the prosecution’s plea seeking more time before it files a charge sheet in the murder of Day journalist J Dey.
The matter was adjourned after the prosecution informed the court that all 10 accused could not be produced in court.
The Mumbai crime branch had moved an application before the special court seeking 45 days extension to file a charge sheet so as to probe some new angles in the case. htc
