Disturbed, woman ends life
A 23-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling fan at her Malwani residence on Thursday.

A 23-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling fan at her Malwani residence on Thursday.
The Malwani police said Shirin Abdul Latif Shaikh (23), a resident of Azmi Nagar in Malad (West), was to get married in April 2011.
Shirin’s parents informed the police that last week Shirin had seen a funeral procession and since then she had been disturbed and suffered from nightmares. “Shirin had gone into depression and had spoken to her parents about her nightmares,” said Senior Inspector V. Aandhale.
The police have not found a suicide note. A case of accidental death has been registered.
