Duo tries to sell stolen bikes, held

Two youths, who came from Nashik to sell three stolen bikes were arrested by the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) police on Monday.

Two youths, who came from Nashik to sell three stolen bikes were arrested by the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) police on Monday.

The accused, identified as Manoj Pawar, 20, and Ravi Lote, 20, are college dropouts from Nashik.

The officials said that the accused had parked the bikes at the parking lot in the western suburbs. While searching for potential buyers, they approached a police informer.

The duo told him that any of the three bikes would cost between Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 without any documents. The informer told the police about the duo who was then arrested.
