Hit by truck, 62-yr-old dies in Chembur
A senior citizen from Tilak Nagar was killed after being hit by a speeding truck in Chembur on Thursday.

A senior citizen from Tilak Nagar was killed after being hit by a speeding truck in Chembur on Thursday.
Madhavi Ketkar (62) and her son-in-law Sachin Shivalkar were on their way to shop for Ganeshotsav around 12.45 pm, when the speeding tanker bumped into her near Shoppers Stop resulting in her death.
Mohammed Hanif (42), the truck driver, fled but later surrendered before the Tilak Nagar police. He has been booked for rash and negligent driving that resulted in the death of Ketkar.
