Judicial custody for terror suspects sought

The Anti-Terrorism Squad on Thursday sought the judicial custody of the two terror suspects arrested for targeting the ONGC headquarters in Bandra, Mangaldas Market and Thakkar Mall in Borivli at the instance of their handlers in Pakistan.

Abdul Latif and Riyaz Ali were arrested on March 14.

The Mazagaon metropolitan magistrate’s court remanded the duo to judicial custody till April 13. Their lawyer, Ram Dayal Chauhan said he would move a bail application in the sessions court.
