One more gets bail in fake encounter case

While granting bail to Sunil Solanki, driver of the police vehicle, the court rejected the bail applications of three other accused.

Justice RC Chavan granted bail to Solanki against a surety of Rs 1 lakh observing that prima facie he did not have a role in the conspiracy behind the encounter.

On October 13, sessions court had granted bail to police constable Devidas Sakpal.
