Stray dog attacks 20 people in Thane
Out of the 20, two women and a three-year-old girl have sustained multiple injuries
An adult stray dog, suspected to have rabies, attacked 20 people in an hour in Ulhasnagar in Thane on Monday evening.

Out of the 20, two women and a three-year-old girl have sustained multiple injuries.
Khushi Jaiswal, 3, Suman Nimbore, 29, was admitted to Central Hospital and the second woman was shifted to a private hospital.
Central Hospital civil surgeon Dr Ashok Nandapurkar said, “There were 20 dog bite cases reported in an hour. We are giving them anti-rabies drugs.”
Soon after the incident, the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has ordered sterilization all stray dogs in the next 10 days.
Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation health officer Dr Raja Rijwani said, “Within two to three weeks we will able to sterilize all stray dogs. We will bear the hospital expense of all the victims.”
