TISS rape accused seeks bail

Colabawala approached the court after his bail application was rejected by the trial court on September 19.

“FIR indicates a speculation by the complainant that she might have been subjected to rape,” states his bail application.

Colabawala’s application states that his mere presence in the vicinity does not constitute gangrape.

Justice V.M. Kanade will hear the case on November 11.
