Hilario said in his handwritten lawsuit he was hurt by all this, adding that he has already suffered much humiliation, Radar Online reported.

The federal lawsuit has revealed how Swift, who had just turned 18 then, allegedly emailed Hilario, in January 2008 and begged him to meet her online via Skype because she was lonely and sad and that she needed someone to chat with.

Hilario says he found Swift's approach very strange but he did give the singer a chance. For about over two months and they chatted and had a good friendship.

The lawsuit also states that the American singer had promised Hilario that she would help the 35-year-old inmate with his legal problems and that she would write and sing songs about him. However, she did not keep her promise of giving legal help.

Hilario says he will drop the lawsuit if Swift would just agree to help him and restore their friendship.
