Amy's mother Janis says she cannot forget the final words that her daughter said Friday, when they met.

" 'I love you, mum' - they are the words I will always treasure and always remember Amy by... She seemed out of it (on Friday). But her passing so suddenly still hasn't hit me," said Janis.
