Rihanna perfectly hits back at people body shaming her for gaining a bit of weight

Rihanna has had enough of snarky articles and Twitter posts of people who cannot deal with the fact that she is not as thin as she used to be.

Rihanna gave a befitting reply to online trolls and a sports writer who called her “fat”.

In an article titled ‘Is Rihanna going to make being fat the hot new trend?’, Barstool Sports writer Chris Spags took a jab at the Barbadian singer.

A few people on social media also started commenting that the 29-year-old had gained some weight.

In a perfect reply, the singer took to Instagram where she shared a photo featuring a side-by-side meme of rapper Gucci Mane at different weights - one in 2007 and another in 2017.

“If you can’t handle me at my 2007 Gucci Mane, you don’t deserve me at my 2017 Gucci Mane,” the meme read.

The star simply added a tongue in cheek crying emoji to her post.
