Steven Tyler can’t wait to perform in India

His colleagues in Hollywood have an entire ‘to do’ list of things when it comes to planning a trip to India. But Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler just wants one — to perform here.
“I want to just play there (than do anything else when visiting),” the 63-year-old told us, as we bumped into him at Jerry’s Famous Deli in West Hollywood after the Grammy Awards. “I visited Mumbai four years ago and it was wonderful,” he added. However, asked if a confirmed India tour is lined up, he said, “I don’t know yet. Let’s see.”
The singer, however, openly confesses his love for Indians and the food here. "I fell in love with the people of India. And when I visit, I want to eat Vindaloo (Goan curry dish) and Mughlai Parantha. I love it," the singer said.
He reveals plans for a new album with Aerosmith. “It’s going to sound like early days but with something new,” he says and hops into his Limousine.
