Rickard Berglöf and Robert Elster of Vibrasphere are all set to create a sphere of good vibrations in the city on Friday. The duo have been creating electronic music since the ’90s but shot to fame with their first album ‘Echo’ in 2001. “Lots of people had started making electronic music in the ’80s but there was something missing which we wanted to add to,” they say. “Hence we started the project Vibrasphere.”

Their track Floating free was picked up by Superstar DJs Markus Shulz and Armin Van Buuren, resulting in a string of licenses for the group. “Our music is that of the mind and soul,” says Berglöf. “Floating Free was always a thought in my head, I just had to put it down musically.”

After a short break in 2005, the group made a comback with their album ‘Archipelago’. “Robert has cutting edge production qualities and a unique style of melody, so our music just gets stronger,” Berglöf says. Even though the two are also pursuing individual careers, they are hard at work on what they are saying is a surprise for their fans. “We are producing a lot of new stuff, but we want are future projects to be a big surprise.”
