GUWAHATI: The flood situation in Assam remained critical on Wednesday with over 20 lakh people affected in 20 districts. Rain-related incidents claimed over a dozen lives in the last few days. Almost all tributaries of the Brahmaputra river are overflowing and water has crossed the danger mark in the entire valley.
