NEW DELHI: The new Congress panel to study NDA government’s legislations will meet on Monday evening to work out the party’s strategy for the Goods and Services Tax bill. The government is expected to circulate the bill among MPs on Monday. This will be the second meeting of the panel, which has Anand Sharma, KV Thomas, Jairam Ramesh and Rajeev Satav as other members.
