Bagan appeal

Kolkata: Mohun Bagan on Monday appealed to the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to review the ban on them even as East Bengal congratulated the federation for being firm. On the same day, the AIFF issued a show-cause notice on Mohun Bagan skipper Okolie Odafa asking why further action shouldn’t be taken against him for his behaviour that led to a red card and sparked crowd trouble.
