Tata hosts Sekkor tournament
Tribal Cultural Society (TCS) has organized a three-day Sekkor tournament from Thursday in Chaibasa, tribal-dominated West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand.

Tribal Cultural Society (TCS) has organized a three-day Sekkor tournament from Thursday in Chaibasa, tribal-dominated West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand.
The purpose was to popularize tribal culture among the youth and general public.
Sekkor was one of the traditional tribal games being promoted by TCS by encouraging the youth to participate in a tournament, a Tata Steel press release said.
Traditionally, this game is played during summer season to prevent drought and bring rain.
