Describing the three-day summit as 'nothing but an event of brand building exercise' of the chief minister, Lalan Kumar alleged that he had organised a similar 'Resurgent Bihar' in 2007 which failed to attract investors.

"The changing Bihar concept being highlighted at the summit is a sham as the ground reality is totaly different with no changes visible," Kumar alleged adding the programme was a 'sheer waste of public funds'.

He also demanded that the state government come out with a white paper on the results of holding the mega event with public money.
