As Bollywood’s winning streak in sports tournaments continues, our television stars, too, are flaunting their sporty side. Take a look: Football has been a very important part of Vivian Dsena’s life. The actor has often spoken about how as a child, he used to get up and practice in the mornings in his hometown in Ujjain. He makes sure to take out time from his busy schedule for his favourite sport even today. “I was a state level player and remember winning many awards for the same. I used to feel very happy getting awards and bringing the trophy home. I have a hectic life as an actor, but I do go and play football thrice a week,” he says.

Cricket has been Mrunal Jain’s favourite sport all his life. The actor says that he is not really obsessed with it, but loves the game for what it is. “I am playing in an upcoming cricket tournament. We actors really need to rejuvenate. There is life beyond acting and I feel that sports is a good outlet. I enjoy sports and believe that every person should indulge in at least one sports activity regularly,” he says.

Acting might be Rishina Kandhari's passion, but the actor makes sure to take out time to unwind. Her fascination for adventure sports keeps her involved in all kinds of sporty activities. “I attended a martial arts workshop recently and I also went for river rafting. It felt so rejuvenated. I felt on the top of the world. Acting is my profession and passion, but surely, I love to unwind in new ways each time,” says Rishina.
