Two aircrafts of Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team collided at the Yelahanka airbase in Bengaluru. The aircrafts, believed to be BAE Hawk MK 132, were rehearsing for the Aero India show that was to begin tomorrow. Both the pilots ejected but one of them succumbed to his injuries. (PTI)

The Indian army has categorically stated that anyone who takes up the gun in the Kashmir Valley will be “killed and eliminated”, unless they surrender. The staff and prisoners of Bihar’s Gopalganj sub-divisional jail have donated Rs 50,000 to the Army Relief Fund (ARF) for the families of CRPF soldiers killed in last week’s suicide bombing in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama. There are 750 prisoners, including 30 women inmates, in the sub-divisional jail. And, 102 are convicted prisoners.
