After the age of forty, a lot starts to change in the body. Ageing starts to get faster, and the metabolism of the body slows down. Cravings for sugar and starch increases, while we need less calories through the day. Explaining this, Nutritionist Anjai Mukerjee wrote, “We all know that ageing is inevitable - but how gracefully you age is up to you.
