PCOS is a condition where the ovaries start to produce an abnormal amount of Androgen leading to cyst formation in the ovaries. Some of the most common symptoms of PCOS are menstrual irregularity, obesity, acne formation and moon swings. The best way to combat the symptoms of PCOS are having a healthy lifestyle, a healthy diet and indulging in self-care, including mindfulness and exercise.
