People seen walking through snow covered roads in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. The Gulmarg ski resort in north Kashmir's Baramulla district registered a low temperature of minus 2.8 degrees Celsius, compared to the previous night's minus 3.4 degrees Celsius. The current temperature at the resort is 1.4 degrees Celsius above the normal range. (ANI)

Gulmarg, the ski-resort in north Kashmir's Baramulla district, reported approximately six inches of new snowfall, according to officials. Snowfall was observed in the Sonmarg tourist resort and on the Zojila axis as well. The impact of the western disturbance is anticipated to persist in Jammu and Kashmir. (ANI)

Fresh snowfall reports have been received from various areas, including Gulmarg, Karnah, Machil, Gurez, and nearly all upper reaches of Kupwara. The onset of light snowfall in these regions began on Saturday late afternoon and persisted intermittently. Meteorological officials have indicated an improvement in weather conditions from Sunday, with precipitation expected at very isolated places. (ANI)

Most places in Jammu and Kashmir are witnessing clear weather at present. In the Jammu division, the minimum temperature in Jammu city was recorded at 7.3 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Banihal reported the lowest temperature at minus 1.2 degrees Celsius, and Bhaderwah experienced a minimum temperature of minus 0.2 degrees Celsius. on Saturday. (ANI)
