The Noida Supertech twin towers will be demolished at 2.30 pm. As many as 5,000 residents of Emerald Court and adjoining ATS Village societies in Sector 93A have been evacuated temporarily. Edifice Engineering- the firm trusted with the demolition - conducted final checks at the site which will be razed down in a matter of few seconds. Strict barricading - upto 50 m around - has been done by the Gautam Buddha Nagar Police around the area. To fight pollution, the Noida Authority has installed smog gun at the site which will be covered in over 1000 'truck loads' of dus and debris following the demolition.
