Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) on January 12. Also called the Atal Setu, the MTHL is the longest sea bridge constructed in India. The entire project connected with the construction of the bridge cost  <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>18,000. crore. The maximum speed limit for four-wheelers on MTHL is 100 kmph while motorbikes, autorickshaws and tractors would not be allowed on the bridge. (ANI)expand-iconView Photos in a new improved layout

The entire project connected with the construction of the bridge cost 18,000. crore. The maximum speed limit for four-wheelers on MTHL is 100 kmph while motorbikes, autorickshaws and tractors would not be allowed on the bridge. (ANI)

Meanwhile, multi-axle heavy vehicles, trucks and buses heading towards Mumbai won’t have an entry on the Eastern Freeway. These vehicles will have to use the Mumbai Port-Sewri Exit (Exit 1C).
