Unidentified body found in a garden in Khadki

The police rushed to the spot and found the man to be dead with a wound on the back of his head. The wound is suspected to be the cause of death in the case.

The police found a body of a 35-year-old man in Trikoni garden in Khadki Bazar on Sunday morning, according to the Khadki police. The police received a call from one of the bystanders claiming to have come across a man who was not breathing, lying in the garden.

The police rushed to the spot and found the man to be dead with a wound on the back of his head. The wound is suspected to be the cause of death in the case.

The police could not find any proof of identification on the person. The Khadki police have registered a case under Section 302 (for murder) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in the case.

His body was sent to the Sassoon General Hospital for post-mortem. Deepak Sakore, deputy commissioner of police, Zone 4, is overseeing the investigation at the Khadki police station on Sunday.
