5-kg heroin worth Rs 25 crore found in Ferozepur sector
The Border Security Force claimed to have recovered 5-kg heroin worth Rs 25 crore in the International market on Saturday midnight in the Barreke border outpost area of the sector.

The Border Security Force claimed to have recovered 5-kg heroin worth Rs 25 crore in the International market on Saturday midnight in the Barreke border outpost area of the sector.
BSF troops, deployed in the area, spotted suspicious movement of smugglers near the border security fence on the Pakistan side.
They noticed some packet being thrown over the fence on the Indian side.
When, BSF troops challenged them, the smugglers escaped taking the cover of foggy weather, darkness and vegetation. On search of the area, 5 packets of contraband were recovered lying near the fence.
