Claiming to be on the fast for the past two days, Sushma Saxena, who introduced herself as a member of the core committee of the All India Youth Foundation, said her demands included complete ban on dowry, government job to acid attack and rape victims and free education for girls from all sections of society.

She alleged that none of the representatives from the administration had bothered to visit her, despite having been told about the protest.
