In 2013, legendary athlete Milkha Singh was chief guest and more than 2,000 people had participated in the event. "This time, we plan to make it bigger and better; and invite the residents of Rohtak to run for a social cause," a spokesperson of the institute said here on Thursday.

The venue of the inauguration ceremony is the stadium of Maharshi Dayanand University.
