Classmate booked for suicide by MCA student
The police have arrested a classmate of Lovely, a girl student of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Technical college here, for allegedly abetting her to commit suicide on Thursday night. In-charge of Vardhman police post, ASI, Gurmail Singh, said that, the classmate was arrested following an inquiry into phone details of the victim.

The police have arrested a classmate of Lovely, a girl student of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Technical college here, for allegedly abetting her to commit suicide on Thursday night. In-charge of Vardhman police post, ASI, Gurmail Singh, said that, the classmate was arrested following an inquiry into phone details of the victim.
The classmate Yuvraj Singh, a resident of Jogi Nagar here, has been booked under Section 306 IPC for abetment to suicide by the victim. Before taking the extreme step, Lovely had sent an SMS to him stating that she was committing suicide as he had termed her a betrayer.
