DD news anchor’s short film makes it to Toronto
A 41-second-long short film directed by Jalandhar Doordarshan news anchor Sunil Kataria has been selected for the third International Film Festival of South Asia and Punjabi International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.

A 41-second-long short film directed by Jalandhar Doordarshan news anchor Sunil Kataria has been selected for the third International Film Festival of South Asia and Punjabi International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.
The movie, ‘Honesty is the Best Policy’, is arguably the first such film in Punjab.
“It is a silent movie without dialogues and background music based on the theme of honesty as how it plays a role in the youth’s life.” he said. This is Kataria’s maiden film.
