Despite HC judgment college principal refuse to enroll student

Student of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in Mata Gujri College, Hardeep Singh alleged the college principal Jatinder Singh Sidhu of expelling him without any reason and then not enrolling him again.
Hardeep said, during fifth semester of his degree the college principal expelled him from college and alleged the other professors of college of being in the plan to expel him. Hardeep has started a hunger strike last week for indefinite time against principal.
Hardeep said this is the incident of last year of August month and that time also 250 students had given edict in his favor and on 5 august 2014 he filed in High court and Justice K. Kanan has given a judgment in his favor on 9 December 2014.
Meanwhile, the college Principal Jatinder Singh Sidhu told HT that, all the allegation which are put on the college staff and me are baseless. He was suspended from the college due to his continues indiscipline and misbehave with college staff. In his earlier two years of degree two warnings has been issued to him.
Later on, Hardeep said that when he went to principal to claim his admission on the basis of HC judgment, then principal kept on making excuse and then principal and head clerk insulted him and declined to give him admission.
Offending Hardeep, the college principal said, at the time of HC judgment the exams were already commenced and we asked the HC to give him admission in next session of 2015-16 and HC agreed to our request which was forward to Hardeep also. Principal said that, this is the all the political influenced game to drag down the college reputation.
Sidhu said that if he would like to come, then he would be given a continuation admission in upcoming session of 2015-16 which will commence in end of July.
