Despite Sukhbir's orders, PR department installs illegal hoardings to promote NRI meet

Though Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has ordered “immediate” removal of illegal hoardings from across the state one month back, but the Information and Public Relations department headed by his brother-in-law Bikram Singh Majithia has instead set up scores of illegal hoardings here to welcome the non-resident Indians (NRIs) during second leg of upcoming Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan scheduled for January 5.
