Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday announced to increase the limit of vehicle loan and home loan admissible to the members of legislative assembly (MLAs).
Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday announced to increase the limit of vehicle loan and home loan admissible to the members of legislative assembly (MLAs).
Stating that now the MLAs could avail vehicle loan of Rs 20 lakh instead of Rs 10 lakh and housing loan of Rs 60 lakh instead of Rs 40 lakh, an official release said that Khattar also announced to increase the amount to be given to MLAs for hiring their private secretary from Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000.
Khattar announced this at a programme organised to distribute laptops and printers to MLAs at Haryana Vidhan Sabha here on Tuesday. He said that e-library was available on the computer wherein lot of information and data could be stored.
Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kanwar Pal Gujjar said that laptops and printers had been given to MLAs with an objective to make the proceedings of the House paperless.
