CBSE Class 10 results: Region’s pass percentage better than national average
At 98.1%, the overall passing ratio remained changed from last year for the Panchkula region — comprising Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Chandigarh — in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class-10 examination, the results of which were declared on Saturday. Patiala terror suspect’s mother commits suicide
Kiranjit Kaur, 58, mother of Rajatvir Singh, who was accused of making bombs, committed suicide by hanging herself with a ceiling fan on Friday night. Police recovered her body hanging in one of the rooms of their house in Darshan Nagar of Patiala. Read more
