A security lapse caused jail inmate Baljinder Singh to slip away from police custody on Sunday night from Guru Nanak Hospital here.

A security lapse caused jail inmate Baljinder Singh to slip away from police custody on Sunday night from Guru Nanak Hospital here.
Said to be involved in 15 criminal cases, he was brought from the Central Jail to the hospital after complaining of health issues. A hunt for him is on, and another case has since been registered.
