Kanda remained behind the bars for over 16 months in connection with the former airhostess Geetika suicide case.
He was addressing his supporters at his camp office on Rania road here on Sunday. He said that his party would contest on all the 90 seats in Haryana in the forthcoming assembly elections.
"We will give people a new and revolutionary political alternative in the state. And we will do the politics on the issue of development," Kanda said.
Notably, Gopal Kanda and his younger brother Gobind Kanda had supported HJC candidate Sushil Indora in these parliamentary elections.
Kanda won the 2009 Assembly poll from Sirsa as an Independent and became a minister in the Bhupinder Singh Hooda government.
