Mahindra and Mahindra gives latest SUV as offering at Golden Temple

Keeping up with its tradition, Mahindra and Mahindra on Saturday gave in 'offering' its latest Rexton SUV at the Harmandir Sahib. Keys of the fully automatic Rexton were handed over by company chairman, Anandji Mahindra to SGPC chief Avtar Singh Makkar in the Golden Temple complex here.

Keys of the fully automatic Rexton were handed over by company chairman, Anandji Mahindra to SGPC chief Avtar Singh Makkar in the Golden Temple complex here. Punjab cabinet minister Bikram Singh Majithia was also present on the occasion.

"It is our company tradition that before launching any new vehicle in the market we give it as offering at the Golden Temple", Anandji Mahindra said while talking to the media.

Earlier, the chairman along with his wife and other family members paid obeisance at the Harmandir Sahib.

They were also honoured with 'siropas' by the SGPC chief.
