Man Arrested For Raping Friend's Wife
A man was arrested for raping the wife of his friend in Seeta Nagar of Jassiyan on Friday.

The accused has been identified as Lucky Arora, 30, of Seeta Nagar, who is an auto mechanic.
In her complaint, the 27-year old woman said her husband works at the shop of jeweller and she was alone in the house after he left for work. The accused then barged into their house and raped her. He fled the house after threatening her not to reveal the incident to anyone.
The woman, however, lodged a complaint with the police, who registered as case under sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking swift action, the Division Number 4 police arrested the accused, who was produced in the court on Saturday. The court sent him Ludhiana central jail on judicial remand.
