Harish Kumar Babbu of Rampura Phul in this district committed suicide here on Thursday. He blamed his wife and in-laws for harassing him for money and property in his suicide note.
The Bathinda police, on the statement of the victim's father, Gurcharan Dass, booked victim's wife Pooja Garg, her parents Ajay Kumar and Nirmala Gupta and her brother under Section 306 of the IPC.
