Man sodomises 10-year- old son of house owner
A man sodomised the 10-year-old son of his house owner in Harkrishan Nagar in Daba area on Friday. The police arrested the accused, Pintoo, 27, on Saturday, when he was trying to flee the city to avoid arrest.
A man sodomised the 10-year-old son of his house owner in Harkrishan Nagar in Daba area on Friday. The police arrested the accused, Pintoo, 27, on Saturday, when he was trying to flee the city to avoid arrest.
The accused is a native of Bihar and works in a factory. He has been booked under Section 377 of the IPC and Section 6 of protection of children from sexual offences act 2012 on the statement of victim's father.
The victim's father said, on Friday the accused lured his 10-year-old son on the pretext of giving him candies and took him to Dhandhari area and sodomised him in the bushes near railway lines.
The boy narrated the incident to his parents, who approached the police.
Daba SHO inspector Ashwani Kumar said the police arrested the accused from the Daba area on Saturday following a tip-off.
The accused is married and has four kids.
