SSP Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said, “As per bank officials, the ATM was non-functional and even CCTV cameras were not working. We have got vital clues about the robbers, they will be arrested soon.” “It is surprising that ATM was not functioning since July 28 and still the cash was loaded in Kiosk,” SSP added. On April 29, an unguarded Canara Bank ATM kiosk in Behram Srishta village of Bhogpur was targeted and criminals fled with ₹54,000 cash after breaking open the machine with gas cutters.
