Not averse to join active politics again: Vinod Khanna
Actor-turned-politician Vinod Khanna today expressed his interest in contesting the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

Actor-turned-politician Vinod Khanna on Monday expressed his interest in contesting the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
"I am not averse to join(ing) active politics again...Given (a) chance, I would contest the Gurdaspur seat in 2014," he said here.
Khanna had won the Gurdaspur Lok Sabha constituency three consecutive times on a BJP ticket. He however, lost while contesting the seat in 2009.
Khanna, who was union culture and tourism minister before being moved to the external affairs ministry as minister of state during the National Democratic Alliance regime in 2002.
