Addressing an impressive gathering during ‘Sadbhawna rally’ at Gurdaspur, Badal said people of Punjab in general and Sikhs in particular have suffered the most during the partition in 1947. There are many Sikh shrines such as Panja Sahib and Nankana Sahib, which we are deprived of due to partition.

If anti-national elements are not suppressed in Punjab, we can see another division and remain deprived of visiting shrines outside Punjab such as Patna Sahib and Hazoor Sahib.
