“Sukhbir having realised that he had exhausted all options of investment in Punjab and also the fact that he will have enough time post-2017 elections after getting defeated by the Congress, is now looking at business opportunities in unexplored places such as China,” said Amarinder.

He challenged Sukhbir to show an investment worth a single penny that he has brought to Punjab in the past nine-years.

“Any wise person in his place would stop the domestic industry from moving out rather than selling fake dreams to people,” he remarked. Captain pointed out that many bicycle manufacturers have shifted their base to states such as Jharkhand.

Amarinder said the Akali-BJP regime doesn’t believe in having any industrial policy. “The Badals believe in only one policy ---promoting their family business,” claimed Amarinder.
