Three women among five held with intoxicant powder

The Nakodar Sadar have arrested five drug peddlers including three women.

The Nakodar Sadar have arrested five drug peddlers including three women. SHO DS Gill said that the accused had been identified as Jaswinder Kaur, Krishna, and Baksho, residents of Bajuha Kalan village and Harpreet Happy, a resident of Khambe village in Moga and Pawan Kaumar resident of Bajuha Khurd village and 1,290 gram intoxicant powder was recovered from them.

Cases under the NDPS act have been registered against the accused.

The Bilga police also arrested Rakesh Kumar of Garra village, Jaskaran Jassi, Sunny of Kandola Khurd and Amarjit of Pasla village after recovering four gram and two gram heroin from each of them.
