Villager gets 10-year jail in NDPS case

The court of additional sessions judge JS Bhinder on Monday sentenced to 10-year imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs 1 lakh on a Bohra resident in a case under the NDPS Act.

The court of additional sessions judge JS Bhinder on Monday sentenced to 10-year imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs 1 lakh on a Bohra resident in a case under the NDPS Act. Sethi Lal was arrested by the Garhshankar police with a huge quantity of habit-forming drugs in October 2011. In default of fine, he would have to undergo imprisonment for one more year.
